1. Order Policy
- Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- An order is only confirmed once the invoice has been fully paid.
- Unpaid invoices may be canceled if our schedule reaches full capacity.
- All Sales Final: Once an order is picked up or delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided. By completing your purchase, you also agree not to dispute or initiate chargebacks with your bank or credit card company.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
- A 15% cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
3. Design Adjustments
- The cake artist reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to decoration if required for design, safety, or stability purposes.
4. Pick-Up Guidelines
- Please ensure your vehicle is large enough to safely transport your order.
- Keep air conditioning on during transport.
- Place the cake on a flat, stable surface (e.g., the floorboard or trunk area).
5. Care Instructions
- Store cakes below 70°F whenever possible.
- Note: Dark or metallic food coloring may slightly alter flavor and can stain clothing or teeth.
6. Disclaimer
- Cakes are prepared in a facility that processes wheat and nuts.
- Gluten-Free Cakes: Made with almond flour, resulting in a naturally darker appearance, as well as a different texture and flavor compared to vegan cakes.
- Some designs may include non-edible supports (such as dowels, wires, or sticks) for structure.
- Do not consume fresh flowers unless explicitly labeled as edible (e.g., sugar flowers, noted on the invoice).
- Serving size may vary depending on slice size.
7. Miscellaneous
- Cake boards and boxes may differ from sample photos due to availability.
- Photos of the cake-making process are not provided.
